Training & Workshops

Rajshree is committed to providing an intensive educational experience by providing the students with an ideal framework of corporate training and workshops. We promote the professional exposure of students as a mandatory activity. We organize educational tours of students as per their area of interest. Rajshree has a wide history to nurture the pool of talents by providing them with an adequate basis for technical knowledge. A number of eminent professors have visited the campus of Rajshree to share and discuss their experiences with our students. Every department hosts separate workshops and training modules time to time individually. The training and placement department remains active all through the year to organize workshops on soft skill development and personality development and also conducts technical classes along with the help of the respective departments.

  • Taguchi: An Optimisation Technique

To keep pace with the dynamic world, a one-day workshop on Taguchi technique was organized for final and pre-final year students by mechanical management. Our Department of Mechanical Engineering took the onus to organize a one-day workshop for final and pre-final year students relating to the Taguchi technique. The core focus of the workshop was the MINITAB-17 software, along with its usage.

To enlighten the young mind on the subject matter, the valuable source from the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. Dr. T.U. Siddiqui, Assistant Professor from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, was invited as a speaker. He highlighted the importance of optimizing process parameters in this rapid industrialization era. In addition, Detailed Multi response DOE was given by Dr. Siddiqui through the use of L27 and L9 orthogonal array and its ANOVA Calculations.

Through this workshop, students were taught one of the most promising methods developed by Genichi Taguchi, which has shown quite effective results in industry and research.

  • Solid Works

To make students technically aware of this global world, the Department of Mechanical Engineering held a one-day workshop based on parametric feature-based geometric modelling on 2D and 3D platforms and Design Assembly in association with CADD Centre Bareilly.

The whole-hearted participation of the final and pre-final year made our students aware of the dynamics of mechanics and basic commands like fillet, radius, chamfer, etc.

  • Networking

In close association with Jetking Bareilly, the Computer Science & Engineering Department hosted a one-day Networking workshop. The workshop perfectly emphasized common networking aspects like proxy servers, firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, gateways, etc. Along with that, students were enlightened about the potential career roles like Network System Engineer, Network Analyst, Network Administrator, etc., in detail.

  • Sci Lab

In association with IIT Bombay, the Department of Computer Science & Engineering conducted a workshop on Sci Lab Tool. The prestigious workshop was powered by the Ministry of HRD, New Delhi, and was administrated by the valuable resource person Mr. Sachin Saxena.

The workshop focused on Sci Lab Fluid Dynamic Simulations, Signal Processing Statistical Analysis, Image Enhancement, and students were made to understand the preferred alternative of MATLAB, a numerical-oriented programming language handled on the open platform.

  • Virtual Server

Under the valuable guidance of Mr. Ayush Aggarwal, a detailed workshop on virtual server techniques was held to provide a detailed technique for web hosting using virtual servers by the Department of Information Technology.

The cost-effective technique, which is immensely popular nowadays, is an added skill set for the students. Therefore, the core emphasis of the workshop was on the possibility of having dozens of virtual servers existing simultaneously with the individual server without affecting the performance of each website.

  • Matlab

For the final year students, the Department of Electronics and Communication organized an insightful workshop lead by the expert, Mr. Saurabh Srivastava.

He explained fourth-generation programming with a practical hands-on experience along with the numerical computations using the basic box tool and demonstrated a method for solving matrices, using structures, functions, and plotting 3D curves.

  • High-Frequency Spread System:

The workshop focused on giving practical knowledge about the simulating behaviour of structures operating on high frequencies like Antennas.

Recognized as a principal investigating tool for identifying the intensities and frequencies interference, the workshop on High-Frequency Spread Systems was led by industry expert Mr. Chandan Kumar.

For a thorough understanding of the students, a Microstrip Antenna Structure was simulated to determine the gain and radiation patterns and other parameters like S-parameters and VSWR in the workshop.

  • Microsoft MS Office:

The five days’ workshop for students and faculty on the Microsoft MS Office package was hosted by the Department of Business Administration.

The spokesperson, Mr. Ashwani Kumar, explained the working methodology of MS PowerPoint, Ms. Excel, MS Word, etc. to the MBA program students.

  • SPSS:

A lecture cum demonstration by an expert for the second-year MBA students was initiated by the Department of Business Administration. Dr. Parikshit Joshi from IFTM, Moradabad, was invited and conducted two days of practical training covering the Basic Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), correlation, linear regression, and t-test.

SPSS is universally accepted by research scholars, educationalists, and researchers and is also prevalent in various industries.

Projects

We understand the need of the global market and in the same regard, we encourage our students to go for industry-ready projects. Rajshree has started the student’s chapter CSI, IEEE and ACM so that our students remain connected with recent updates contributed by eminent researchers, scientist and educationalists. We give a thrust on quality based work during final year projects and a continuous assessment of the same by organizing project fairs at regular intervals. The students bring laurels to their alma mater by presenting research papers at national and international levels with the help of a talented fleet of experienced faculty members.
